Here you go. Just a couple of quick snaps. I’m no photographer. Gun is really clean. I tore it down and it wasn’t too bad inside but surely needed a full cleaning. The previous owner had a shim in the cylinder that I’ve never encountered in all the used revolvers I’ve owned and tore down. I usually strip the grips on old used guns by giving them an acetone bath and then rubbing in boiled linseed oil, but these are almost perfect. Not gonna touch them. And according to the SWCA, it shipped in December, 1979, so JP@K was really close! Thanks!
I never liked the feel of the Magna grips, even with a Tyler grip adapter, so I usually put Pachmayr grips on, but I won’t be carrying this. Probably not shoot it that much. It’s just something I’ve never seen in person and there was a hole in my collection. It does look sexy. I blame Goodfellas for me wanting one. Hope I never wake up to my wife pointing it at me! It was $650, by the way. $694 out the door.
