Docter III red dot co-witness the CORE?

Just ordered a Docter III red dot sight for my 5" 9mm M&P CORE. Just wondering if they co-witness the stock sights or I will just but some Dawson Precision carry sights on it.

Lock screws

BTW, you will have to remove the sight to tighten the lock screws. Once it's sighted in, it seems to Stay that way.
