I'd rather watch the Little League World Series than the so called "pros" of MLB. They make tens of millions of dollars but on clutch plays drop an easy fly ball in center field or throw the ball in the dirt on a toss to third base.
I came out West when I was 8 months old. That said I was born in Brooklyn in 1938. So I had to root for Brooklyn--Oops LA Dodgers.

Did you see the kid who blew off a finger with the fireworks? he won’t be able to loot for at least two weeks.
I can't stand either of the coastal teams, especially the Yankees. I would not have minded at all if they had been swept. Other than my Astros I do not root for teams, I root for players. Freddie, Mookie, Judge and Cole all play the game like it should be played. So I enjoyed watching them.

Have no love for either team even though I was fortunate to have seen the Dodgers play at Ebbets Field when I was a kid. Go Mets go.
Imagine if they'd lost.
I think a more correct title would be the Yankees lose the WS. Game 5 was an example of of how things can fall apart quickly.

Grew up in The Bronx. Loved the BKLYN Dodgers and NY Giants. hated the Yankees until Steinbrenner. Wanted to see LA Dodgers destroyed this WS for leaving NY. After '57 I hated Dodgers and Giants for leaving. Baseball was fun then.
