I recently posted a pre war 38/44 that had been reblued and had a major issue with one grip panel. Someone had drilled a hole thru the diamond directly below the factory screw hole basically destroying the look of the panel. The other panel had some small damage by the top of the horn, other than that they were in nice condition with fairly sharp checkering. I sent them off to Dan to see if he could repair the damage to the one panel, he did a fine job and a turn around in 1 week, he also repaired the horn on the other panel without asking and without charge.
