I attended our annual Swap Meet at my home club. We give the tables free (1st come 1st served) and the place was packed. Lots of goodies, rifles, pistols, and shotguns. Powder, accessories, and what not. As I was leaving a feller was coming in with a Smith box in his hand. It was a 6.5" Model 624 S&W in about 98%. He was asking $600.00. I had a feeling that a good offer might save a few bucks. However, I had one already and didn't need another. I WAS tempted, however, as a good .44 Special is indeed SPECIAL!
