Water? What is that?

Lot of contradictory data on hydration. Just read a long article on the topic. Eight glasses can be overdoing it, while older folks customarily drink less fluids. Other liquids can provide water, stated the article, including coffee, tea, juice, soda, beer and the many H2O beverages. Some fruits are mostly water, watermelon, cantaloupe (hate both).
One final thought: just try drinking 8 glasses daily when you're incontinent. I'll leave it at that. Bottoms up!
