Drum roll please.......I got it!

Now there ya' go! A cool queen for sure! :)

I started out with 29's, then K-22's, now....

.... those N frames in a slightly smaller magnun caliber are calling....

and I'm answering!:)

GF

Thanks GF. I saw what ya done got recently! :D

Like I said, gonna find out what Skeeter was talking about and shoot the 5" Blue one now. Gonna keep this one like it is. :)

Not today though. Shooting when it's 90 degrees w/60% humidity, just don't sound like fun to me! :)

PUH...LEEESE!!!! Do not encourage him.. Oh.. you mean the GUN!!:D:D

Ok Doctor 27, (kinda like 007, but not! ;)) here's a picture of me when I got it out of the case and un-wrapped....

Seriously, that is just awesome. The nickel looks perfect! I'd be afraid to even touch that one with human hands. I could not be more jealous!

And IMO this is the best picture of the bunch:

Why you ask? Because of the reflection of the cylinder on the frame.

DANG that nickel is just perfect.

Congratulations. That is one beautiful gun. Great pics.
Thanks for sharing it with us.

Pardon me for a moment while I wipe the drool off of my keyboard.

rags, Ok nice gun. In fact, a really nice gun. I do not have one, nickel or blued. I am not liking you very much right now, but I am sure by the end of the year, I will get over it. Seriously a beautiful piece. Congrats!

Thanks JC. The advise given to me was wait! It'll turn up...eventually!! ;)

IMHO guns are made to used.

I can hear from here all the safe queens crying out to be loved.
How would you feel if you were put in a safe & left there for years?
I rather think I'd feel like the ugly duckling.

The craftsman gunmakers that toil & sweat for us should feel as though he's done all that for nothing.

I say we all should liberate those safe queens - to hear their cries of anguish.
To feed each chamber & create the small explosions they yearn for.

I know, I know, time to get off the soap box & take my medicine! ;)

"Safe queen" is a state of mind. Many safe queens never spend any time in a safe. They are displayed in a place of prominence (never shot) where they can be appreciated everyday. It is more like being on a throne!!
