Great gun, I had the same one until my brother decided he liked it more than I. One of the best 45's out there, and a bargain for the money, imo.

900 + rounds thru the two E Series....5 different bullet profiles. Factory,Handloaded,Lead,Plated,Jacketed 185gr,200gr230gr. 1 failure to lock back on an empty mag and that mag was from the first Defender I owned, so probably 20 years old. Fit to be EDC in my opinion

I have the two tone too, it is among my very favorites. The balance with the scandium frame is surprisingly good.
