so I was playing around with some Pre-Wrap (self adhesive ACE bandage) and kinda stumbled across a really easy and rather comfy wrap with nice grip. I took a small piece ...about 3 inch piece maybe and wrapped it around my grip and WOW I was surprised how good it felt. really good tack for grip.
first attempt was just a 2 min effort. my girl saw it said "give me that once". she took it away from me and came back in 5 minutes and said here try that.
she took it made it just a bit smaller and sewed the edges together real quick, maybe 6 stiches. I now had a little loop all one pieces. it was smaller around than the grip but hey....it stretches and fits snug. you could cut length (height on the grip) to whatever ya want or works for you, thin strips or shapes & designs if ya were feeling really inspired.
I understand there are many of you who wont ever do this and its not for everyone, but a roll of the Pre-Wrap is $5 and you could probably use that for ever. and you can get it in all sorts of different colors
anyways...may be old news but I thought I would share something new to me and maybe someone will stumble across something they like or works for them. I don't know if it would be for an everyday carry...but a range gun maybe
