I remember it as being easily susceptible to scratches...But I haven't seen one in many years, so don't put much trust in my memory......Ben
I have it on a custom built 44 Auto Mag revolver that got a lot of hard use in the Bowling Pin shooting days. It has held up very well, and shows almost no wear.
