Everybody has one, why not show them?...J-Frames

Model 437

EDC and twice on Sunday, 37

I love my little 37. It's a 1968 model and a little rough around the edges:rolleyes: but is very good mechanically. I am finally getting better with it. That Bianchi is a very comfortable holster and is very easy to draw from.
Peace,
Gordon

What a great pair, I dont think the picture would have been the same without them together. Beautiful guns

No plinkers here, no target guns or collectors items, never have dozed peacefully inside a safe. These are for the time when wolves scream, horns blare and fear yells in you ear "Run, Run!!!"

...why not show them?...J-Frames.

Because your original premiss is incorrect. Not everyone has one. Haven't owned a J-frame in something like 20 years. After chronographing what ammo actually does out of a 1-7/8" barrel, then watching both cops and civilians trying to qualify with J-frames...and fail when shooting double action...I've decided they just aren't worth all the hoop-la.

As with everything in this life, YMMV!

Dave.....I suppose you are one of those that carries nothing less than a caliber and frame in the howitzer family?

The snub-nose is a short-range belly-gun....plain and simple, I think we all know that. Never in my wildest dreams would I expect a 2-inch barrel to be a tack-driver at 50-yards. Most people that I know who carry a Smith for SD carry a J-Frame of some kind.

There's on of those in every crowd. If a person has no interest in J-Frames why look at the thread? Why comment?
