Expansion Industries Primers?

I occasionally Google on Expansion Industries just to see if there is anything new regarding their primer manufacturing venture in Texarkana. It seems there is not, beyond the old news that they say we can expect to see them on the market by the end of the first quarter of 2023. And I'll believe that when it happens. Is anyone here aware of anything different?

The only other item of interest is that Fiocchi is planning a new production facility in Little Rock, mainly to manufacture lead-free primers. No details on that either.

I was going to bring up the Fiocchi plant, as well as an expansion of the Norma plant. I was reading an article from the American Rifleman through the NRA app on my phone.

I thought the Texas plant was supposed to open 2024, not 2023.
