Sometime between the hours of midnight Friday night and 5 AM Saturday morning, my lovely wife of 35 years passed over to the other side.

Connie had been battling brain cancer since July of 2013. She beat the first tumor, but the second and third were too much for her to overcome.

Hold your loved ones close.

Oh my, I am so sorry to hear this terrible news. Prayers sent for you, Connie and your family this morning. May you find peace.

I'm sorry for your loss Blujax. That's terrible news. May she now rest in peace and you be granted strength to get you through.

So sorry to hear this news. My thoughts and prayers are with you and you and your loved ones, I too pray that you can find peace. Hang in there, BluJax.

Well, I'd say the Lord needed someone special to give him a hand up there in Heaven, and He called Connie to his side.
Peace and strength to you and your family.

She's not really gone you know. Step outside on a sunny day and take a deep breath and think of her. I'm bettin' a gentle breeze will come, and it will be her
caressing your cheek. Just remember the good times, and she'll be there..

No words are sufficient.
May the Lord surround you--carry you--hold you until the healing has happened-----and it will.
Blessings

She Is Gone

You can shed tears that she is gone
or you can smile because she has lived.

You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back
or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left.

Your heart can be empty because you can't see her
or you can be full of love that you shared.

You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.

You can remember her and only that she is gone
or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.

You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back
or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

A poem by David Harkins.

My condolences on your loss.

Prayers to you and your family; a terrible loss for you but she is painfree at last. She fought the good fight

There are no words that will fill the void. Just know that she has touched the hem of His garment and will never feel pain again. My sincere condolences for your loss.

What greater thing is there for two human souls than to feel that they are joined for life to strengthen each other in all labor, to rest on each other in all sorrow, to minister to each other in all pain, to be one with each other in silent, unspeakable memories at the moment of the last parting until we share our lives again.
