Leave off the mayo and I could go for one of those. Looks delicious.
I had two eggs, canadian bacon, an english muffin with honey & butter, grapefruit juice & coffee.

My wife and I go out for breakfast on weekends occasionally.

I usually order two fried eggs, over hard, rye or wheat toast, and fried potatoes with onions, Hot sauce on the eggs and potatoes. Sausage on the side.

If I don't get that, I order an omelet with onions, ham, green peppers, cheese and spuds in it.

That pic is making my mouth water, and I just finished my waffle!

Store bought waffle mix, add 1/3 as much whole wheat flour (sorry, I don't measure anything), add 1/2 apple finely chopped, a handful of pecans, broken up real small, and a good shake of cinnamon. Mmmmmm...

my favorite is: chili omelete (with coney chili), hashbrowns, and rye toast. At Loe's ( a MI coney island place) you get a full plate.

chicken fried steak, two eggs over easy, hashbrowns (lots of tabasco), two biscuits extra gravy. Don't need to eat for about 24 hours after.

I didn't know they had chicken fried steak in Ca. That's one of my favorites too, but I have to go out for that.

If eating out, I have a fondness for Cracker Barrel's "Uncle Herschel's Breakfast." However CB does not have a clue about how to make good biscuits!

My favorite breakfast has as much to do with surroundings as the food. A log cabin on a lake in Ontario, a water bucket with ice film on top, a wood burning cook stove, and now for the food. About three eggs, sausage, bacon, toast and black coffee.

Nowadays it is IHOP with Lulu the waitress. All the food is good so take your pick. Lulu is a brute and kicks butt on the cook to get your food exactly right.

Back in the day it was campfire breakfast in the September woods on the shore of Lake Superior. We were bear hunting. Used to make 1 skillet meals with bacon, potatoes and beans. Ummm-ummm.
