I have wanted a K frame snub for quite a while. I am not sure why. You know what I mean! #1 on my list was a model 15. Did not happen. So, I saw this 10-5 on G.B. Last day, no bids. I could tell it had some finish issues. Upon receiving it, looked like it was fired a little, carried a lot. Stocks were poor S&W round butt. Anyway, it is my night stand gun. Has C.T. laser grips on it. It should work out fine. I paid $329, shipped. Hope to shoot it in a few days. Bob

Very nice snubbie. I want a fine to mint condition model 65 stainless 3". Why, I don't know except that I had a 4" one and loved it. I sold so many fine guns to finance others. Had I kept all of them, I would be very well fixed financially. I am sure I am not alone in this, lol.

Bob, that is a nice gun at a great price. I bet it will do its job well. Enjoy it more!

Good catch - I regret only having one of them! The 2-inch snubs seem to have really dried up. I am sending my 4-in 64 off to the mothership tomorrow to have a short barrel installed ...

Hey! I have pink grips on my 686! :D

This discussion has been around a few times lately but, suffice to say, K frame snubs are a giant favorite of mine and I'm using a Model 10-7 with bonded ivory stocks as my EDC these days. Forget J-frames. (The one pictured is in my car, however.)

Nice find - actually I was looking on line for someone and saw that gun and told him about it but he wants something different that I also told him about. That's a great price these days, too. Well done!

Nice find, I carried one for years as a cop. Currently have a 10-7 snub that serves as my house gun. These were the work horses of LE until the plastic semi autos took over.

The 10-7 with ivories, and grip adapter looks pretty darn cool and functional! Bob

Hmmm, that sounds familiar. Here's a 10-7 with CT grips and it is my nightstand gun.

Nice looking 10! Your CT grips look more at home on a snub than mine. (different shape) Mine are LG 207. I occasionally get the gun out and point to targets. (on others before the 10 too) When I depress the switch, I am usually pretty close if not right on target. Bob
