About a year or so back, I posted a thread asking is a run of the mill shooter grade model 10 a $400 gun now? And got pretty much a yes. I am a dinosaur that remembers buying lots of old functionally excellent old cop model 10's that were finish challenged for well under 200 bucks, and for the longest time couldn't bring myself to fork over $300 let alone $400 for just a simple model ten.
While finally fate shined on me and i have one one the way with an auction price of under $200. Once you add tax and shipping it is more like $250 but I can live with that. I have bought a lot of rough on the outside guns over the years and have never had one not live up to my performance expectations so hope this one will too. Should have it in hand in a week or so!
