Only had time to put 140 rounds down but the SD9ve did so flawlessly. Didn't have any problems other than my trigger finger kept wanting to shift where I didn't want it to. I shot 40 rounds of Winchester 115 and 100 rounds of Federal 115.
Can't wait to do it again!:D

Nice, they feed everything (but stay away from the russian ****). My SD9VE is a constant 48-49 out of 50 on the LEO qualification course. They are great guns. Don't buy into the bullsh*t about changing this and that. Leave it alone and enjoy it.

I installed an Apex trigger as the only mod on my SD9VE. Very glad I did it, and would do it again. However.....it is not always a R&R process and therefore I would never tell someone to do it to make their gun better. A bit to much filing here or there can ruin the trigger and make the pistol very dangerous.

I had also installed the Apex trigger and am very happy with the results. I did not have to do any custom fitting at all on mine. I just need to stay consistent with my finger placement.

Both good deals..normally about 329... Here in ky we get the one holds 16. No 100 lb trigger

Academy's regular price around here is $319...so at $299, plus tax, it works out to be $325 out the door. It saves about $20. Not that much, but it will buy a box of ammo.

We can have the 16 round mags too...but the trigger is 7+ pounds in the ones I've bought (I've had several SD9VEs and one SD40VE.)

Wow... This gun is going for $389 new around here (Central Florida). I got mine for $300 (plus tax and ammo) and it was lightly used... kinda jealous over here. lol

I paid $289.99 on sale for mine in January but the same place had them for $279.99 last weekend.

I love the grip very comfortable the grooves could be better only thing is the grip feels cheap my only complaint but I will be doing the serrations in the grip then it's perfect fits me well
