First 67 dash to have heavy barrel?

What dash # for first model 67 with heavy barrel? Also what year?

I know that 67-1s came with a tapered barrel; I used to own one.

I would say the "new generation" 67's with the 2-piece barrel were the first to have the heavy barrel, although I could be wrong.......

I have also been looking for a 4in 67 heavy barrel. Would the 2 piece heavy barrel be heavier than a tapered barrel since it's not solid steel ? Never seen one and was wondering about how much space is between the barrel and the outer shroud? Wanting it for double action work to help reduce barrel rise/recoil a little.
