Good On You!
I am a couple of steps above Life Member in the NRA myself and I know how Wayne Pierre likes to live- High on the Hog. Of course just over 50% of the donation money given to the NRA is immediately wasted oops, I mean spent on advertising, in an attempt to get more suckers err I mean Members to join in. and that means the NRA is constantly in need of ever larger donations.

Signed up a couple weeks ago, so far all I have got from them is a confirmation e-mail.

I have been a Lifetime Member for about 20 years now, and while they are far from a perfect organization, they do a lot of good and have never goven up the fight. They are the best we've got! GOOD FOR YOU, WELCOME ON BOARD!!

Congratulations are in order. BTW, I often hear about folks getting mail (junk) and phone calls, but I have never received mail or phone calls - go figure!

Just got back from two days at school. I am about to enjoy my Rifleman magazine. Been a Life member of the NRA ever since the peanut farmer president left office and got replaced by President Reagan. NRA is the way to go for all who support the 2nd Amendment. We all need to support the NRA. There are many enemies of the 2nd Amendment lurking in the shadowy hallways of Congress. We all need to stick together!

Q: How can I reduce the amount of mail I receive from the NRA?
A: Simply email us at [email protected] or dial 800-NRA-3888 and request to be placed on the "Do Not Promote" list. This will significantly reduce the amount of mail you receive without affecting important mailings, magazine service, or your membership renewal.

I've been a life member since 1972 and a sporatic yearly member since the early 1960s. I am now a Patron member. I do get irritated at the promotions for wine sales, cancer insurance, credit cards etc that I get from the NRA and I usually ignore them. The important fact to keep in mind is this: If it were not for the NRA we would not be able to enjoy gun ownership in the United States. Were it not for the NRA we would have lost the right a long time ago. Believe what you may, but the Second Amendment is still in jeapordy as there are "people controllers" who are working very hard at destroying this fundamental right. Vote your rights. Keep shootin'

Hey, I don't mind using the NRA Credit Card & without The NRA, gunowners would likely be highly screwed...I can't think of one organization that could even try to fill The NRA's shoes.

I have had the NRA Visa card for almost 15 years. It is through the First Nat'l Bank of Omaha and as long as you pay it off every month, it's great. Customer service is excellent, the NRA gets a token for your use, and the "points" add up. I always get the cash back as the crap they promote I don't need. Great benefit. Joe

Greetings, All,

I've been a Life Member for many years, and Sweet Bride is an Annual Member, and has been for quite a while. The NRA is one of our best defenses of our rights to own and use firearms, and though I don't always agree with everything they do, I will continue to appreciate the good things that they do for us! ALL gun owners should belong to the NRA and support it, IMHO. Take care, and God Bless!

Every Good Wish,
Doc
