Mine gets picked up Monday. Will they ship straight back to me after repairs, or will it have to go to my FFL guy?

I just sent mine back on friday. Im having a problem with the bolt I think. What is yours going back for?

My friend sent hi 15-22 Back for a broken extractor.. he has shot his the mos of anyone I know.. About 20,000 rounds..He got it back in 2 weeks..

They will send it straight back to you but an adult will have to be home to sign for the package.

I sent mine in for OBD also. I asked S&W what they did to the rifle and the only thing they would tell me was "Brought up to the latest spec". Which was frustrating IMO.

I have a DWC serial and the blue spring before the OBD. Good news is we are +600 rounds post repair with no issues.

They'll send it back to where ever you told them to send it. There is no Transfer occurring here so no FFL needs to be involved unless you involved them.

Adult signature is required. Mine came back on Christmas Eve two years ago when I lost the extractor from an out of battery discharge.

Morning Dahur

If just a repair of existing gun then as mentioned right back to you with an adult signature required for them to leave it.

On the other hand if the repair requires a new lower receiver (the part with the serial number) then it will probably have to go back to you through an FFL guy.
