I have been lurking in the background for a long time and have received a lot of valuable information from this forum. I have been looking for a 5906 for a long time but, like all of us, I wanted the best condition gun at the lowest price. I recently found a NIB 5906 for $456 on GB. I jumped on it like a duck on a junebug. Thanks for letting me brag about what a good deal I got.

$456 for an NIB 5906, everything still in the box, is a great deal. Looks to be a late production 5906 too, and they tend to have the best trigger pulls thanks to MIM trigger, hammer, and sear. Around here, $400 would just get you a gently used 5906 with one magazine and nothing else.

Welcome from Bastrop, Texas. I have 5906 on layaway at the local pawn shop not NIB tho.

Thanks guys! I took it to the range and it is very accurate. Heavier than other 9mm's I have but that is a benefit at the range. This target is at 15 yards. I take the blame for the flyers. The gun shoots better than I do!

You did well. I picked one up this week, good shape, 1 mag $475, wish I had found yours.

I'd gotten a deal on one awhile back, it has the square trigger guard and the wind sail adj sights. I dislike both of those features, but it was the only 5906 I'd ever seen in the wild so I jumped on it. When I stopped by Wed. owner smiled and said go see what we have for you..., fixed sight, rounded trigger guard, just what I was looking for. Since he knew I wanted it, I could only get him to drop $20 off the marked price.
