Couldn't buy the Ruger, state laws and magazine requirements. S&W comes up with it, in God's caliber and I am drooling. On-line won't sell it in Comirado anymore so I have just weeks to get it done before the new law makes me fight to the death for my personal constitutional rights. LGS is the only defense I have left. The only good thing about our new laws, I may have enough money for a real vacation.

God changed His mind... the Lord's caliber is now 10mm. LOL

Would be more tempted if the barrel was ~4" shorter and it had a telescoping stock.
Why?
A 4" shorter case would be much easier to find places to stow. Current folded length is 16 1/2", at 12 1/2" long the carrying case could be pretty compact.
12" is plenty of barrel to get good velocity with 10mm. Ballistics By The Inch suggests a probable 50 fps loss from 16".
I can't keep up with the BATFE's edicts. Would a collapsable stock make it a weapon of mass destruction?
All a moot point as the (D) government of my state has made it ill eagle here.
