fpcltop20 agreed to sell 45 acp brass to me. I sent the USPS MO. I get a PM stating that all the brass is sold and he is returning my USPS MO. What happened to someone honoring a deal?? This may seem like a little deal but that is not true! This was a simple transaction agreed to with an agreed price and fpcltop20 did not honor the deal. It is that simple. Recommend you do not do business with this person. He does not honor transactions!!
