How difficult is it to remove the frame mounted firing pin on a later model S&W, and replace it with the longer pin? How do you get the old one out? Any special tools needed?

A search for "frame mounted firing pin" will get you instructions and diagrams. Lot's of posts there. I have done it but I am not good explaining it. No special tools and it is easy.
