Free magazines offer on M&P's

Seemed a long time coming Rog but the price was right. I was surprised to see kenny post 12 round mags as I thought the offer was for the 10 round for a FS. I know they make a 14 but haven't heard of a 12. Nation's Finest rebate came today. We are 2 for 3 so far and waiting only on ammo for compact purchase. Something would have to go terribly wrong for me to ever naysay S&W. This has been a wonderful experience so far. And I thought I would never leave the pony.

i couldn't stand the wait and suspense anymore so i emailed customer service last night. they already responded by this afternoon and assured me they had my information, and it was in line and close to being processed. i snailed mailed the information to S&W around december
4th or 5th. i wonder how many magazines they sent out through this free offer?

Unfortunately my CORE 9 model is at my favorite gunsmith
for an Apex trigger inst plus a couple additional 'tweaks' so
I'll have to wait to try my new accessories..

I got my 45FS and 45C mags about a week ago (submitted the app in early December).

Still haven't received the 9FS mags yet. I emailed S&W to check and they did receive my app, but are running behind.

finally got my two magazines for my 9mm compact today delivered by usps. was about 15 weeks since purchase of firearm. and yep, they were the 12 magazines--not the east coast or west coast specials. happy happy

Unrelated, but ordered a new daniel defense and received (5) free P-MAGs. Great company, awesome product.

Update. 5 months and 1 week later I got my two 9mm 17rds mags

After 5 months of waiting for my 2 free 9mm/17rd mags, I took my two new mags to the range (still in the box). after opening packaged at the range I found that both!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mags had followers about 1/2 inch lower that they should be. I can drop in 2 rounds before starting pushing down on the spring. I did not use them or took them apart yet, but I suspect S&W put 10 round spring into 17 round mags. Will contact S&W, but it sucks..

Just dang , this does not sound like the S&W customer service I have had in the past. I only had to deal with them once about 2 1/2 years a go.
I just almost ordered a M&P9c for $399.00 with 3 mag rebate.
Any one know or was yours called a rebate , is this the same deal but with 3 free mags ?

I mailed mine off last week for the 3 12 round Mags. rebate for my 9C.
The waiting begins.

Old Thread, but does anybody have info on whether or not they will run this promo in 2016 ? Last year between march and may it was 3 free mags. Thanks Ron

I email S&W about a magazine/rebate offer in 2016 and this was their reply.


Dear Customer,
We would like to thank you for your e-mail and contacting Smith & Wesson / Thompson Center.

I am sorry but I am not aware of us running that promo again anytime soon.
