Hi all,

I use an o-ring to wrap around the part where the takedown pin goes into (on the upper) to stop that bit of wobble that the 15-22 has between upper and lower. It annoys me so.

However, the o-rings don't last that long and snap. They do solve the problem...no wobble at all with one on.

I was wondering if any of you have found a more permanent solution? or if you even have this problem?

I have a huge bag of the correct size o-rings so i'm not desperate but i am curious about what others do.

Plus i have not posted a thread for a while...and the Mrs thinks i'm being neglectful :) :D

Mine only has the wobble when it's open. As soon as the upper and lower are pinned together, the wobble is gone. If it only wobbles when it's open I wouldn't worry about it.

Mine wobbles when closed as well...only slightly almost imperceptible to someone other than me...but i really notice it. I've just attached another o-ring this morning after a clean and inspection and once again it is as snug as a bug. Like i said the solution is there and they are cheap and plentiful...so i guess i answered my own question. :D.
