frustrated with quality control, need to vent some anger!

Howdy

Just as a point of argument, the great guns that S&W and all the other makers built long, long ago, were built by workers who were paid according to how many units they produced per week.

I am not denying there are quality problems today at S&W, but in the past as well as today, highly skilled workers work quickly, they have to in order to keep their jobs. This was as true 100 years ago as it is today.

i here ya but just 2 notchs slower. and i bet there be alot less guns comming back for repair. inturn happier client better rep better guns more money made on the bottom line.

Well , I must be lucky.

The last 3 handguns I bought new were two Sigs and a Smith and Wesson, and I have had no problems.

Over the last 5 years I've bought several NIB Long guns and had no
problems.

go figure.

quality control, a relic of the past. i refuse to buy any of the new stuff. still lots of older ones out there still, and they don't need a key to start them up.
