I have a Model 624 that I acquired on a trade. Its in very good +95% condition. I can't find any discernible scratches or dings on it. No box or papers, just the 4" stainless piece of art. I called Smith & Wesson to verify that this gun was not on the recall list for no dash 624s. If the buyer/trader is worried about it I can provide the serial number before the final exchange so you can call Smith & Wesson to verify as well.

Now, for the embarrassing part: I am letting this go because I am a bit recoil sensitive and I just cant shoot this lightweight 44 special revolver well. I have loaded lighter loads and shot them but I would honestly just prefer to shoot my 686 for paper punching. I am not planning on ever carrying the 624 and I have a 6" 29 if I ever want to shoot magnums (not very frequently).

For now, I would like to keep this a face to face transaction in upstate SC. I am looking for $700 or trade for ???. Let me know what you have.

List of possible trades I am interested in:
Model 29 4"
Model 57
Model 27
Model 686 4"
1911s- Colt, Springfield, Dan Wesson, Kimber
I like any and all firearms as long as they go bang. Just make me an offer and we can go from there. Thanks for looking.
