Don't know if you know this or not, but until you get your ambi safety installed, you can swap the stock safety to the other side. It will be set up for southpaws like us. :)

I've done this to my wifes rifle. Since she is the only one who shoots her rifle its fine. But I will eventually put on an ambi lever on mine. I have one on my ar, I can use my thumb to switch to safe quickly with the ambi lever.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. If anyone else would like to post up pictures or review the BAD *** that would be great. Also if anyone would like, I have a gallery on my website and would love to add some more pics to it of your rifle. If you have pics or questions, you can pm me or email me at [email protected]

does anyone have a comparison shot of the stock safety next to one of the badass levers? im trying to decide which levers i want, i need something a little bulkier than the stock. the standard looks to fit that bill without going up to the crack/hybrid. thanks in advance.

The standard lever is very similar to the stock lever dimensionally.

Here are some pics of the levers you mentioned along side the stock lever. If you would like to see a comparison of the stock lever to any of the other BAD *** levers let me know.

very helpful, thanks! i think i like the standard best for looks and also the "walls" are taller around the perimeter vs the stock safety being tallest in the middle.

just ordered the 2 lever kit - standard for the left side and a short thin for the right.

This might have been asked before and I apologize if it has but couldn't find anything.
Does the hybrid lever get in the way of your trigger finger at all? I'm looking to get the 2 lever kit and just trying to decide on my right side and don't want my finger to hit it. If anyone has a pic of the hybrid installed I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

If you check out the gallery on my website you will see a pic of the hybrid installed on my rifle. The hybrid does not interfere with my grip like some of the other longer levers do. If you have any other questions let me know.

I tried to order one the last couple of days without success. It keeps declining the card, but I have no issues with it elsewhere. I tried Battle Arms Developement and it didn't work there either. Works fine on Primary Arms and Tacticool22. Called the bank and they said it's not an issue on their (the banks) end.

B.A.D. charged the card four times after it told me the transaction failed, then they only refunded me three of the times, but still say the order never went through. Right now I'm out $74.

I was having someone else order it for me since I'm out of town and will be for a while. I'm now sending funds to my bank so I can try it again, if BAD ever refunds my $74.

Anyone else having issues ordering?

Please call me at 310-428-9453, or ask your bank to call me. The declined order showed up twice, we did not attempt to recapture, we cancelled both orders. I sent the email address an apology and a code for free shipping. I also spoke with her, who had stated the bank said for us to release the fund. We do not have it, and can't release something we don't have.
The credit card processor can take a day to refund, in this case, since the fund was never captured, we can't issue a refund. I'll be happy to show you what our screen says on our web store and on authorize.net.

We did not charge the card 4 times, though authorize.net does show the order declined 4 times. There were two separate orders, both were declined and subsequently cancelled.

With our reputation in customer service, $74 is not something we'd even argue with anyone about. Authorize.net will release the fund when it does in couple of days as is their cycle.

I just spoke with authorize.net, if you wish to expedite the release, authorize.net advised that you, the customer, will have to call them 877-447-3938, and the case number is 1-43030173, and they will give you the release code, which they will not give to us.

It is common for credit card processors to issue refund in a day or two. I apologize for the inconvenience, we've jumped through all the hoops we can at this point :(

Sounds good. I will call soon.

I'm at the family ranch working, so everything I've ordered lately is through a family member. I'm the one who made things complicated, but I still don't understand why the card wasn't accepted at either store. Maybe it's a Paypal thing, even though I didn't use my paypal account but rather the pay with a card option.

Thanks for the free shipping offer. You guys shouldn't have to do that since it wasn't your error. I will see if it clears up on the online statements and reorder when it does.

Thanks

Authorize.net is the CC processor for lots of companies, so far they've done a good job. I do wish they would release the hold right away, there's no reason to hold on to it, I think they do these a few times a week.

i was worried about that also so i ordered the standard on the left and the short/thin on the right. installed them last night and its perfect! the standard is thicker and easier to hit with my thumb while the short barely touches my trigger finger. i thought about the short standard but i feel like it would interfere more so ill stick with what i have.
