Gauging intrest for drop in ambi safety

awesome service! now i need to find something i want to buy and screw up the order. :p

Lol, this isn't the first time we did something like it, it's a hassle for customers to deal with the bank and re-order, even though it wasn't our fault, there's no taking back the time folks had to spend on it. We're in a position to remedy that (authorize.net releasing the hold isn't something we can do much about) ;)

I spoke to Jon (That Guy) about it this morning, that the card did not go through was never wholly (or ever) explained to us by authorize.net, and we don't expect everyone to understand that we're powerless to release the hold, and banks do take a day or two to do it.

Our reputation can't be measured in dollar amount, so we don't think in those terms. When there is a dispute or misunderstanding, the standing policy is to keep open communications, and customers always win. When a company's priority is profit, its actions manifest that and it's easy to spot. Customer satisfaction is one of the top priorities, and that too is easy to spot I think :)

That kind of Customer driven business model is great to see. Believe me, I will remember that next time I need/want to get something for my gun(s).:)

100% agreed. i learned a long time ago that no company is perfect and not everything will work the way you wanted but its how they follow-up on issues that really counts. bravo b.a.d.

Gopher, I think I might have shipped you an AR15 selector instead, a correct 15-22 selector is on its way, sorry about that :)

+1

And, I agree with B.A.D. - it's easy to spot when a company is focused solely on teh bottom line and not making their customers happy.

Battle Arms Development is unmatched in the industry when it comes to customer service and they inspire me to run my business the same way.

I have some different selector levers coming, but I'm loving this thing. This upgrade is a must IMO. Especially since I shoot lefty and all my shooting buddies shoot righty.

Thanks for listening to the shooters That_Guy and Battle Arms Development. :)

I also picked up a MOE+ to try after visiting BVAC today (Bitteroot Valley Ammunition Company).

looking good gopher. i went with the MIAD so i could use the thicker backstrap.

i love my new safety as well, especially the solid click from SAFE to FIRE. the standard lever is easier to move with my thumb and its nice having the short/thin on the either side just in case.

what levers do you have/are you trying out?

I just replaced the MIAD, still got it though. Not because I don't like it (I love it), but because I've wanted to try a MOE+ since they came out. I noticed a lot of people switching on ARFCOM, so I wanted to see what it was all about. Me likes!

Right now I just have the standard levers. Today I should be getting the crank and short thin. When I was looking at the options I figured the crank would be perfect. I wanted the short thin for the other side so it can still be used, but not get in the way of my trigger finger when I rest it on the side of the receiver in between gopher kills.
