First time revolver owner. Received a S&W 327 snub nose on trade a few years ago. Knocked the dust off of it recently and am looking to use it as my EDC. By happen stance, an R8 was advertised locally and I purchased that yesterday. And just like that...two 8 round capacity wheel guns.

Looking to get proficient with the pistols and will continue to ask questions to aid in that endeavor.

I have already been asking questions on the forum and getting decent responses, which are appreciated. It would be nice to see more qualified explanations which would help in gleaning practical information. When attempting to learn, it is helpful to receive information that is educational versus just someone's generic opinion without any substantiating information.

So, I am hoping to not only learn, but also provide details on my experiences while improving my marksmanship skills with these N-frame pistols.

The advice you get in the forums is worth exactly what you pay for it................ ;)

A good way to learn about Revolver's is to read the book ...
"Sixguns" by Elmer Keith ... That was how I got started with my learning experience .
