Got a package from both Hornady and Chip McCormick in today's mail to straighten out issues w/their respective products, I was treated very well by both outfits and want to pass it on. One phone call to each, one company had me ship back the defective product, other shipped based on my phone call w/request to return exchanged item at my convenience.
This took less than a week.
By and large the customer service I've gotten in shooting gear is much better than other areas of the buisness sector.
Tks, Kevin

Two More

I've been dealing regularly with Brownell's for over 30 years. The only other company I deal with that approaches their level of service has been Toyota.

It's heartening, in a culture of mediocrity, to find the occasional organization that really delivers good product and good service, while making the whole affair satisfying.

Too many other outfits seem like something from the old Soviet Union--dead on their feet.

Best money a company can spend. Customer service is so lacking in today's business. You will go of your way to promote a business when you receive proper attention.

S&W customer service is another good one to mention.

RCBS as well!!

I have bought RCBS equipment on E-bay that was in need of parts or repairs. I called RBCS on several occasions and told them the situation and they have always made it right free of charge even though I wasn't the original owner.

Big +1 for RCBS. I'd also add Cabelas, MidwayUSA, and Timney (triggers).

And I would also second the comment about good service in the industry.
Too bad it can't be in more industries.

+1 for brownells. live less than an hour drive from them. never found anyone as easy to buy from as them. to bad the rest of the business sector doesn't take a lesson from most of the firearms industry.
