Good service, fast turnaround

I recently bought a used 325NG which didn't shoot exactly to POA. The fixed sights were hitting about 6-8 inches low and 4-6 inches left. Upon the advice of folks here, I called S&W, received a shipping label and sent the gun off with a target. I got it back yesterday - two weeks exactly. They adjusted the barrel alignment to address the windage issue and repaired the rear sight to bring POI up to POA. I am very satisfied with the communication and level of service I received.

After reading your original thread I decided to send mine back too. A bit of warm weather allowed me to go to the range again and I decided that I'd paid enough for the pistol to expect it to be "better".

Glad to hear your turnaround was so quick as mine went out by Fed-Ex on Tuesday and I already miss the little guy.
