Google is your friend

I trust Google to lead me to tangibles.

Such as, "What it the name of that song?", or "How do you load music onto a smartphone?", "How do you remove the striker from an M&P?", etc.

No way to install a "slant" into searches like that.
I don't want to delve into the politics of it all... but if I want to find something, Google can be super helpful.

Speaking of songs:
I had heard a song playing when I was out and about. Maybe it was on the radio of a passing car. It was a catchy tune but I heard it only briefly and couldn't make out any of the words. I could hear a lot of whistling in it.

So I went to Google and started typing "popular song with " and Google automatically filled in "whistling". The results took me right to
"The Walker" by Fitz and the Tantrums on YouTube. Wow! It sure impressed me!

No matter what search engine you use. Always remember a large portion of what you find will be opinion even if the author believes it is fact.

I most often use my 'Norton' program. At least it'll warn me about dangerous websites.

Reminds me of a post I recently read where the guy stated "I did my own research" which makes me wonder if that research consisted entirely of web searches for information most of which is of questionable origin or if he actually interviewed the individuals who were on site at the time the incident occurred.
