I wanted to get something to drive around town and around the backroads by my house. I just happened to stumble upon a 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK 2 Dr. the other day. Cleaner than a hound's tooth. 1 Owner, 96k miles. 3.6 V6 automatic (I didn't want a manual trans), Power Windows, Power/Heated Mirrors, Navigation System, Upgraded Sound System, AC, etc. Plenty of extras, too; Rough Country Winch, Front/Rear Bumpers, LEDs, Falcon Lift/Suspension, Wrangler Duramax Tires w/75% life left on them and new matching spare tire and a few other goodies. I already have plans on putting the black OEM grill back on it.

Just what the doctor ordered! :D

Extremely cool color scheme.

Cool rig. I really like that color.

Yeah I thougt so. That's what caught my eye as I drove past the dealership. A quick U-turn and I was signing papers a few minutes later! lol

First pic, looks pissed...

Definitely lose the “angry grille”. Never understood the look.

Yep. I'm not a fan of that grill. I like the classic Jeep front grill (and round headlights!). I already found a like-new black OEM grill on FB marketplace (well, actually my wife did) for $70.00. That'll be on within the next few days.

Low mileage for the model year, well-kept, great color...congratulations.

Plus: It's got real buttons and switches on the dash, not those blankety-blank haptic controls that you have to look at in order to activate them. You done good... :)

Looks like a good one.
I have a 94 myself so kinda partial to the old school basic Jeep.
Never understood the angry grill, led colored lights every where and all that other 'Mall crawler stuff'.
Enjoy.

Obviously it was never driven over salted roads-in remarkably good shape for a vehicle that old. I too like the color scheme but never could cotten to the angry look. Glad you are doing something about that. Problem with a Jeep down here is there really is no place to go off-roading where ya don't sink into the marsh. I'm still holding out for a 1983 FJ40 or better yet a BJ40.

It is good to see an old line American vehicle doing well.

An automatic will beat a stick every time in the hills. With a clutch wheels have to turn or slip clutch, with an automatic you can just keep pressing on the throttle until turn and up and over you go

Around the period the Jeep brand was an AMC product it said that the parts you don't really need were usually the only ones that fell off. A buddy of mine had his start running poorly then quit, He found that the carburetor had came completely loose. He stuck pieces of wood on top the air cleaner so when he slammed the hood down it held the carb tight enough to run and get him home.

Don’t forget, JEEP stands for “Just Empty Every Pocket.”

:)

Jeeps are like ARs. Just a starting point to accessorize!

Considering the serious amount of things I did to my cars and trucks over the years this one I'm leaving alone.

Its a 2021 Jeep, 2 door Islander package that I bought new when I sold my last Vette.(Avatar) Its a good vechicle for year around driving up here in the boonies. About the cheapest/smallest Jeep I could get.:D Only two things I did to it was removed the back seat so I can carry long guns in cases and put in a better back floor mat.
