There was a bunch of us that bought 29's due to Dirty Harry. My first one was a 6 inch from 1977, and I've owned many since then. My only current one is a -3 4 incher....still loves me a 29!

Colt Pythons...Magnum Force
Combat...Thompson Submachine gun (Ok..the one I have is a Umarex BB/CO2 but I got it because of Combat.)
I'm sure there have been others.
I haven't come up with a B-17 like 12 O'clock High. Maybe if I ever hit that Powerball.
The first Model 29 I ever bought was a like new 29-2, 4" barrel that came with two twenty round boxes of ammo, with TWO rounds missing from one of them. I traded a Glock 19 for it.

I bought a Remington 700 in .300WinMag that came with half a box of ammo because the guy decided he didn't want to elk hunt that bad.
These are REAL movie guns I'm holding - once owned and used in the movies by John Wayne. The revolver is a Great Western; the carbine is a Winchester 92 with a custom large lever.
