I finally got around to figuring out how you guys post full size photos on here, so I dug out grandpa's non-model marked 4 screw K22 to test my internet prowess

No they aren't. When I got it (a funny story in itself) it had a set of bake-o-lite style target grips on it, originals and the box were long gone.
