Most stuff isn't too bad to take apart and reassemble. I like to do it with L.C. Smith Shotguns. The locks are much like classic flint or cap locks, and the locking bolt, while looking complex, is easy enough. Just gotta remember to recock the hammers to get the gun reassembled.
A Ruger 10/22 is one of the more contrary ones to deal with with all the slave pins.
The one I'll never try is a Browning 78. For a simple single shot, it has the most complex trigger mechanism imaginable. Even the factory manual says you are a fool if you take that gun apart!!
