I'm new to the forum, but I've been a Smith & Wesson collector and shooter since I first entered law enforcement in 1974. In 1992, I shot a perfect score at the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA with a Smith & Wesson Model 19, and I'm a member of the FBINA "Possible Club." Since then, I've used S&W revolvers to win many law enforcement matches in Montana. I shoot S&W pistols, too, but I truly love the Smith wheel guns. My interests range from a still-serviceable Model One to the S&W Shield, and I also hunt large and small game with S&W handguns. Coincidentally, I was born in Springfield, Mass., and my grandparents once lived on Roosevelt Avenue.
