Culina grips are supposed to be fantastic, but from personal experience I can second the recommendation to check out Ahrends. If you have medium-sized hands and like finger grooves, his Retro Combats are very nice! Gripseller on Ebay usually has a fairly large selection in stock if you don't want to wait for Mr. Ahrends to make you a set.
