Well, I was born in '65 so I really only watched the re-runs, but nothing beats Andy Griffith. 249 episodes and I have them all on tape.

Being we were nestled in a valley in the Catskills, we could only get a CBS station. I only seen "Combat" in my adult years. I had some favorite programs, some mentioned here, but when I see them now as an adult I see right through the bs and it doesn't seem the same, like "Wild, Wild West.

However, "Combat" in my opinion had the best acting without over-acting of any show I ever saw. It also dealt with reality better than anything before and since. It's the only show I can sit and watch all of it.

Rocky & His Friends

"Turnips".

"Every dog should have a boy".

"Think, Bullwinkle, think!"
(Picture of Bullwinkle with smoke pouring out of his ears).
(William Conrad ((Matt Dillon on the radio)) recites, "But the strain was too much, and the Mighty Moose toppled to the earth").

"Fearless Leader".

Add Bulwinkles Alma Mater "Whatsamata U"

My memory may be a little off due to old age (don't know if these are from the '50s or '60s.
