In this case, as a gun store owner, I agree with their decision. Kelly, according to his story, misrepresented his reason for purchasing the firearm. Grounds enough to refuse to complete the sale.

I respectfully disagree. The Left frequently demonstrates that they think they are above the law and the rules that bind us all. When dealing with a Lefty why shouldn't the gun store use the same philosophy?

After all, if hypocrisy was a crime Mark Kelly would be sentenced to life without hope of parole.
