Gunbroker Python for $75k

My guess is that the bidding started he bid a low bid, kinda making the territory. As the bidding goes on he said whats my top bid and how close to the BIN price? At that point, he probably said to himself that as the bidding goes up and closer to the BIN price the more likely it is to get sold via BIN. So, the heck with it let me pay a bit more and get what I want. Who cares about a few bucks as long as you get it, you may never have another chance to buy one.

Personally I don't see the value but others do and that's what matters.

I was waiting for Colt to offer new 3" RB Pythons $1499...
 
Just as many folks in this world who think paying $1000+ for a gun is crazy. Some of my friends think I'm nuts for dropping $5K at a gun show, while others friends don't think I spend enough. It's all relative; we all draw our "lines in the sand".
