Hadn’t Seen It Before!

I was looking through the upcoming television movies last night, and saw one that I thought I had seen, but wasn’t sure. It was rated 4 out of 5 stars so I bookmarked it to watch today. It was called “Rosemary’s Baby” from 1968, starring Mia Farrow and directed by Roman Polanski, who actually married Sharon Tate (from “Helter Skelter” fame) in 1968. When I started watching it, I realized that I hadn’t seen it before. Wow, I thought it was pretty good. First off, the movie I was confusing it with was “Carrie”. So, that’s what I thought was going to happen. Fairly quickly, I realized that wasn’t the movie that I was watching. It started kinda slow, but got good. I thought the ending could have been better.

I know there are many movie buffs here. What did y’all think of this movie?

I first saw Rosemary's Baby, Carmen, Baby and I, a Woman at the Twin Drive In in 1971.

Eyes openers for sure for a 17 year old.

I've seen it a couple of times over the past 60 years.

The book's better. But then, they normally are.
