Hammer swap

Will a hammer from a 642 work in a 637. Both are late model MIM parts? I thought this would be easier than buying another 637 hammer and bobbing it.

I suspect they're interchangeable if they both have internal locks, but haven't done that specific swap.

I'd always swap the trigger as well since they're mated.
