Does the Hand Eject 38 Spl.(approx. 1932-37) square butt and the Model 10 use the same Main Spring??

I believe the K-frame flat hammer springs have always been the same.

Thought so, but went on Numrich and they don't go back to "Hand Ejectors" so i asked the experts here. Thanks!

Yes they do. They have perhaps the worst search/model listing of any site, but pre-WWII parts are listed near the end of the model listings named "Military & Police (K Frame)". The mainspring is on pages 8 & 9.

Main springs are the same for all K-L-N frames since the beginning of time.

My first experience, many years ago, was using a hammer spring from a 1960s K-38 in an early 1920s M&P. It fit and worked OK.
