Relative value in fair condition?....and how rare is it?

I'll give it a go since nobody has responded yet. according to the standard catalog of s & w if that piece is in fair condition it is showing a value of 275. keep in mind this is the 3rd edition printed in 2006. date of manufacture is in the 1896-1903 range. nickel brings a slight premium in newer guns but not sure if that applies to the older models. can't remember the rule with finishes on older models. if by rare chance you have a target model(factory adjustable rear sights) the book says that can bring as much as 25 to 50 % more for a model in the grade of yours. hope that helps.
