And the story continues.
Just got off the phone with Customer Service (CS) for the 5th and 6th time and still do not have an answer as to getting a replacement wrench for the suppressor adaptor that broke.
The first two calls were to verify the procedure of removal which were given to me wrong. The 3rd call was to report the broken wrench which the CS rep said he would put one in an envelope and get it right out to me. (This all took place on the day I received the gun!)
5 working days later I called again since the wrench had not arrived. I was told by this CS rep that he could not find any indication that a wrench had been sent but that if it had, it could possibly take 12 to 13 working days in the mail.
The next call was on day 14 and I was told that there were no wrenches available. End of story.
Today I spoke to two different CS agents. The first one was very nice and tried a number of things without any luck so he forwarded me to someone that he thought knew more about it.
What he knew was that all the wrenches were removed from stock and placed in some sort of kit. With that he transferred me back to the other rep who had gotten busy and I got an answering machine. I am now waiting for him or someone to call me and tell me what they recommend I do.
I had very good luck with CS on other occasions involving my Shield, but this is Ridicules

.
TEAMFOUR, if Eric gets a wrench that fits, let me know!
