Has Anyone Received Their Ammo & Mag Loader??

Does the mags and ammo ship from Paducah,KY? I received an email from Fedex saying I must sign for a package from Paducah but I haven't ordered anything lately.

Yes, the sender is SAW. No fair guessing what that means. :)

Requested 7/22 and confirmed received that day online, arrived 11/1 by FedEx, adult signature required. :)

After the previous rebate fiasco the company President said he would personally remedy this ridiculously slow program. Apparently he can't do squat. 7 weeks for confirmation your request has been received is terrible. And then you still wait weeks for your items!! These times are not acceptable for any respectable company. I submitted a Staples rebate one afternoon, received confirmation that night and my rebate 2 weeks later.

9 weeks for me. Nothing yet. This sucks!!! The reason it takes so long is Smith does not have to pay the rebate center for the goods that are shipped out until they actually shipped so they love delays. its all part of how it works

Strange some have to sign and some don't! Maybe has to do with the State they live in?

Am at 10 weeks and nothing but am listed on Milano!

Twelve weeks for me, and it just showed up on Milano this past week. Although it says it was entered 8/14, a week after I bought it. It doesn't show it has been shipped though. I hope a signature isn't required, I'm not home, and won't be for nearly three weeks.

Finally Arrived

My package finally arrived today. It contained 2 boxes of ammo, 2 magazines and a nice looking magazine loader. IMO my 15 emails to S&W sped it along although it still took 4 MONTHS. I bought the Shield 1 July and promptly mailed my paperwork to Milano. It showed up on their website by the end of July. I heard nothing for a couple of months so I tried contacting Milano. One would have a better chance of reaching god so I began emailing S&W getting mostly BS answers. My emails became more critical and addressed to higher ups at S&W. I received a email from FedEx yesterday, NOTHING from Milano by the way, saying a package would be delivered today nothing in the message indicating it was from S&W or Milano.

I am happy to receive the rebate but still unsatisfied at the timeliness. Those of you defending S&W probably have no sales experience. Customer service is paramount. Word of mouth advertising cannot be bought. Why can Costco or Publix supermarket offer instant rebates but S&W 4+ months? My advice for S&W is to distance from sclockhouse Milano.

I for one will never fall for a S&W rebate again.

Submitted mine 7/27. Got FedEx shipment notification in e-mail today, arrival Monday.

Instead of waiting for the second coming I just bough a MAGULA UPULA while I wait.

Look up Milano (MPS). Two brothers in two different states, probably working from home. Shame S&W, shame.

Update. I used the mag loader. It really works and is pretty good. It takes a bit of practice to master but it makes loading hard to load magazines easier. I loaded Shield 45, XD mod 2 9mm, Glock 26 and FNs 40 it worked well for all. Just ready and follow directions. My only reservation is how long it will last, it does not seem to be too sturdy. Question, the ammo is 185 does that mean S&W recommends 185 for the Shield. I have been using 230 without issue.

I have yet to receive my ammo, mags, and mag loader. The Milano site is acting weird.
Bought a Shield back in May and submitted the $75 rebate online mid-May, before the threads really started to pop on this site. So, being paranoid I resubmitted online again a couple weeks later. Then I found the Milano number and website. Called and they had no record of either. A couple weeks later my first rebate shows up on the Milano site. I received the $75 check in July. Then in early August another $75 rebate shows up on Milano, must be when I resubmitted, however when I attempt to click the magnifying glass for more details, it brings up a blank page. I buy an M&P9 on August 19th and promptly submit the rebate for the ammo and mags online. I wait about a month to even check the Milano site because I know it will take weeks to show up there. In reviewing my documentation that I submitted, I notice I spelled by city incorrectly (did have zip correct however). I eventually get through to someone at Milano, its now Sept 18th and at that time they have no record of my M&P submission in their system. I explain my situation to the person I talked to, and they said to send in a hard copy of the rebate and the supporting documentation addressed to her. She said that she would call me when she received it to verify that the city got updated. 3 weeks go by and nothing (weird right). so I call back and am able to get in touch with the same person I talked to. She then looked in their system and saw my submission with the correct city. She said it was dated as 08/31 as entered in the system. Now it wasn't on the Milano site at this time. About 3 weeks ago the ammo and mag rebate shows up on Milano with an entry date of 08/25. Now I can't to the details of any of the rebate lines because when I click on the magnifying glass to see the details I get a blank page.

I have not received anything, have not received any kind of confirmation email or letter, and no Fed Ex notification or anything.

Agree with the posters on here, S&W contracting with Milano was a mistake, Milano must be the low priced option for processing these.

I just bought some scent killer spray from Wildlife Research for hunting, came with a $5 rebate. I logged the rebate online and instantly got an email confirmation that my rebate was submitted and within 48 hours there was an entry on their website that a rebate submission was received. Now, it will take 8 to 10 weeks to get the $5 check, but how come Milano can't even get an email response or a dang website to work. A college intern could create a website and backend Database and associated workflow to manage these requests...in the information age it is ridiculous the data black hole these requests from Milano go into.

Bought a new 2.0 M&P and mailed in my receipt and info on August 1st and have tried calling Melano many times and kept getting mail box full....Tried again today and finally got a lady to answer....I gave her my name and zip code and the date I mailed it in but she couldn't find any information that they ever received my form....She asked for the gun serial number which I didn't have and I was told to try calling back next week...What a joke!!! I like the pistol but really only bought it because of the great rebate which looks like I will never receive....S&W is a great company and should step up and do something about this mess, really an embarrassment.....

I assume your rebate was on the Shield 45. If so, what size magazines did you receive?

Got my package today 11/3/17 Milano logged it in 7/27/17. very impressed as I received the longer 8 shot magazines which I thought is a winner, The loader is interesting and appears well made. The Hornady ammo is also a winner. JUST HANG IN THERE.

Glad for U! Did U have to sign????????? Guess I got 5 weeks to go since am at 9 weeks!
