I gave it a quick look, and have read a good deal about it in the past ten days or so.
I am skeptical. The vast majority of military people will do what they are ordered to do under threat of court martial. Same for police officers when they are threatened with loss of their jobs, pensions, etc. This isn't an indictment of these groups, and I'm sure there will be some who refuse what they consider unlawful orders. Not enough to make a difference, I fear.
I would ask all to go back and look at American History. I am assuming that any of those who have taken the oath would refused to ride out with President Washington and Secretary Hamilton when they headed to Pennsylvania to make war against Americans who refused to abide by what they recognized as an unlawful and immoral law.
